Notice of 15th Annual General Meeting

To be held on Tuesday November 24^th 2009 starting at 8.00pm prompt at the

Teign Corinthian Yacht Club

Meeting will include election of Main Committee, review of accounts, reports from Sub Committees and any Proposals from members.

Executive posts are elected annually. Anyone wishing to be nominated for the following position of Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Treasurer or Secretary should submit their nomination to the Club Secretary

Ordinary Committee members are elected for a term of three years. Anyone wishing to be nominated for the position of Ordinary Committee member should submit their nomination, in writing, to the Club Secretary

Any Proposals from Members for consideration at the Annual General Meeting should be sent, inwriting, to the Club Secretary.

All Nominations and Proposals to be received by the Club Secretary, Kate Yeo no later thanMonday, 9th November 2009. This may be done by email to info@rtrc.co.uk or by letter to 6 Radway Court, Bishopsteignton, Devon, TQ14 9TY
